Model TRA-0750 · 3/4" stainless tension rod assembly · Made in the USA
Design your stainless tension rods
Set the pin-to-pin length, then choose a turnbuckle and conical nuts. The capacities are the same either way.

In the box
- Two clevises, one left-hand and one right-hand
- Two 7/8" clevis pins with four retaining rings
- The rod, cut to your length; or two rods and the turnbuckle
- Conical nuts if you choose them: two, or four with the turnbuckle
To order
Give us the pin-to-pin length and the quantity for each run. The grip plates at each end are by others, designed by your project's engineer.
Limits
- Static axial tension only. Bending, prying, eccentric or side loading isn't covered unless a licensed engineer evaluates it.
- Dynamic, cyclic, seismic or impact loads must be converted to an equivalent static load by your engineer.
- For dry and damp interiors and normal outdoor exposure. Marine, chloride-rich or chemically aggressive settings need your engineer's evaluation.
- Installed only as drawn, with Loctite 243 on the rod threads. No machining, welding, drilling or heating, and no other pins or mountings.
Reserve from the first production run
The first run is planned for spring 2027, and there's nothing to pay to reserve. We'll call to confirm your project, then quote with first-run pricing. Stamped drawings for a named project are on request.
