Privacy policy
What this website collects, and what we do with it. Effective 22 October 2026.
Who we are
Concentric Tension Systems is a trade name of Timberplates LLC, 1600 Wallis Ave, Santa Anna, TX 76878. Questions about this policy go to info@concentrictension.com or (325) 400-1274.
Browsing the site
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Like any web server, ours keeps a log of requests (the address asked for, the time, your IP address and browser) for security and troubleshooting. The designer runs in your browser; nothing you set in it is sent to us unless you choose to reserve.
The request form
When you reserve, ask for drawings or send a question, we keep what you give us: your name, company, email, phone, addresses, project details and any files, along with the campaign tags in the link that brought you to the form, if any. We use it to answer you, quote your project, send drawings, and tell you about the first production run. The form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out automated spam, which may process your IP address and browser details for that purpose.
Who sees it
Only the people who quote and make your order, and the services that store our records and send our email. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for others' marketing.
Your choices
Ask us at info@concentrictension.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. We keep quote and order records as long as the law and our quality records require.
